If an author can't finish a story in 4 books there's a problem. Either it's a scam to keep you buying more books or the author lacks the skill to reach a conclusion. I suspect this author is more of a scammer than a poor writer. I didn't mind the first couple of books in the series. The third book felt a bit lost. As I read the last one I started to feel robbed. The story was clearly meandering. The first books started out a simple as magic user and thief on an adventure. But as the story got drawn out it became more a war of the gods. Looking back the story was getting stretched for all it was worth.Product details

Sword and magic fantasies can be very entertaining for me. I prefer a book over TV most evenings now a days. Here I am on the fourth book in a series and yet feel dissatisfied. Antagonist are many and simply do not get their up-comings. Character development is lacking. My need as a reader to feel vindicated of evil keeps getting pushed to the side.
Being a romantic at heart and raised to be chivalrous, I felt disjointed and empty when I finished this book.
The grammatical errors where numerous and very distracting.
this entire series is very well written! It contains all of the elements that I so love in a fantasy adventure! Looking forward to the next story! This particular one, "The Tomb of the Dark Paladin", had me wanting to read it all in one sitting!

Very well done I like where this series is going. Heart felt and epic fight scenes that are heightened by unknown entities. Cannot wait for the next one
This series was ok. I'm not sure if the grammatical errors were due to the author, the proof reader, or to the conversion to the eBook format, but there were an annoying number of issues that took away from the reading experience. The story line was good and easy to follow, except in a couple of cases where the chapters seemed to be out of sequence based on the timeline. An example is that the start of the war came after one of the characters is killed on the battlefield, but both sequences were about the same character.
